Refund policy: Refund in full over 120 days prior to the
show. Medical emergency and death of family members excepted. Other
exceptions reviewed on a case by case basis. In the event of an exception
being made the table monies will not be refunded but rolled over against future
tables at the prevailing show rate at that time.\
